Terms of Service Agreement for Narrative Library by Cannon Media LLC

This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between the user ("User," "You," or "Your") and Cannon Media LLC, owned and operated by Rebekah Cannon ("Provider," "We," "Us," or "Our"). This Agreement governs Your access to and use of the subscription-based course (the "Course") offered by Cannon Media LLC.

1. Subscription and Payment:

1.1. By subscribing to the Course, You agree to pay the subscription fee as indicated at the time of purchase.

1.2. The subscription fee is subject to change at the discretion of Cannon Media LLC. We will notify You in advance of any changes to the subscription fee.

1.3. You can cancel Your subscription at any time through the provided platform or by contacting us at [email protected].

2. Access and Use:

2.1. Upon successful payment, You will be granted access to the Course for the duration of Your subscription.

2.2. Your subscription is for individual use only and may not be shared with others.

2.3. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, or resell any part of the Course for any purpose without the express written consent of Cannon Media LLC.

3. Cancellation and Refunds:

3.1. You may cancel Your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, Your access to the Course will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle.

3.2. No refunds will be provided for any portion of the subscription fee, including unused months of access. This includes situations where You choose not to utilize the Course or if Your account is terminated for violation of these terms.

4. Intellectual Property:

4.1. The Course, including all materials, videos, and content, is the intellectual property of Cannon Media LLC and is protected by copyright laws.

4.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Modifications and Termination:

5.1. Cannon Media LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Course, or any part thereof, with or without notice.

5.2. We may terminate Your access to the Course immediately, without prior notice, if You breach any provision of this Agreement.

6. Privacy:

6.1. Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how We collect, use, and disclose Your personal information.

Cannon Media LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice, and such changes will be effective upon posting.
